About This Watch
The Grantour was Tudor's motorsport-inspired sports collection of the late 2000s, built around a vintage-racing aesthetic of lacquered bezels and clean, high-contrast dials, and it was one of the last Tudor families to run on an outsourced ETA movement before the brand moved to its own in-house calibers with the Black Bay generation. This 40mm Date reference sits at the simpler end of the Grantour range, next to the Grantour Chrono and Chrono Fly-Back.
This example wears the black dial with the red "GRANTOUR" script and matching red-tipped seconds hand, applied luminous markers, and a date window at 3 o'clock, under the black lacquered bezel with its oversized cardinal Arabic numerals. It's fitted to Tudor's black leather strap with the folding clasp.
40mm stainless steel case powered by the automatic ETA 2824 movement, featuring a date display, approximately 38 hours of power reserve, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and 100m water resistance.
